A Career Built Where Life Happened

Rod Aragon began his real estate career at just 19, working alongside his mother in the highly coveted Marina del Rey and Venice neighborhoods of Los Angeles. Immersed early in two of the city’s most dynamic coastal markets, he quickly developed a refined understanding of lifestyle-driven real estate—blending hands-on experience with a natural instinct for value, design, and prime location.

From the beginning, his approach was never purely transactional. Instead, it was rooted in relationships, discretion, and trust. Guided by a deep respect for community and an appreciation for the individuality of every property, that philosophy has remained constant—and continues to define his work in today’s luxury real estate market.

Decades of Local Mastery

Rod’s career spans decades across Pacific Palisades, Malibu, Thousand Oaks, and Westlake Village, where he built lasting relationships grounded in trust, discretion, and deep market expertise. Rod managed NFL player relocations for many years and currently advises business managers and high-profile clients on complex real estate transactions in both Montana and California. 

Bringing that same level of experience and insight to the Missoula Montana real estate market, Rod leads the next generation alongside his son Cole, mentoring and guiding him combining decades of Los Angeles expertise with a community-focused approach to help clients navigate every step of buying or selling a property.

Loss, Change, and Perspective

In 2025, the family's former Palisades home was lost in a wildfire.

While the house was no longer their residence, its loss marked the end of a physical chapter that had shaped much of the Aragon family's life. It reinforced a core belief that continues to guide Aragon & Partners today: homes hold meaning beyond their structure, and stewardship matters.

That perspective—earned through decades in real estate—shapes how clients are represented, especially during moments of transition and change.

A Chapter Ends, A Perspective Deepens

The Swarthmore Avenue home—where the Aragon family built their life in Pacific Palisades—was lost in the 2025 wildfire.

Though no longer their residence, its loss reinforced what we've always known: homes are more than structures. They're where life happens, where memories are made, and where futures are built. That understanding shapes every client relationship we form.
