A Multi-Generational Real Estate Story Rooted in Southern California & Montana. Every real estate practice has a beginning. Ours started early—and close to home.
Rod Aragon entered the real estate industry at just 19 years old, beginning his career alongside his mother in the Marina and Venice neighborhoods of Los Angeles. Those first three years were defined by hands-on experience, local market knowledge, and relationship-based work that formed the foundation of a lifelong real estate career.
From the start, real estate was not just transactional—it was personal, local, and deeply connected to community.
As Rod's career progressed, his work expanded into the Pacific Palisades, where professional expertise and personal life intersected. The Palisades became home—the place where Rod and his wife raised their children and built lasting roots.
Over the decades, Rod continued serving clients throughout Pacific Palisades, Malibu, Thousand Oaks, and Westlake Village, developing long-term relationships and generational trust. His understanding of these markets was shaped not by trends, but by time—watching neighborhoods evolve while remaining grounded in their character.
Even after the family moved out of their longtime Swarthmore Avenue home in 2018, Rod remained active across the Westside and surrounding communities, guided by experience and respect for the responsibility that comes with representing people's homes.
In 2025, the family's former Palisades home was lost in a wildfire.
While the house was no longer their residence, its loss marked the end of a physical chapter that had shaped much of the Aragon family's life. It reinforced a core belief that continues to guide Aragon & Partners today: homes hold meaning beyond their structure, and stewardship matters.
That perspective—earned through decades in real estate—shapes how clients are represented, especially during moments of transition and change.
The Swarthmore Avenue home—where the Aragon family built their life in Pacific Palisades—was lost in the 2025 wildfire.
Though no longer their residence, its loss reinforced what we've always known: homes are more than structures. They're where life happens, where memories are made, and where futures are built. That understanding shapes every client relationship we form.
In 2018, Cole Aragon left Southern California for Missoula, Montana, beginning a new chapter rooted in community, accessibility, and local engagement. That move expanded the Aragon family's footprint into Western Montana, connecting two distinct markets through shared values.
While the geography differs, the approach remains consistent: clear communication, local expertise, and respect for the significance of place.
Today, Aragon & Partners serves clients across Southern California and Western Montana, operating as a multi-generational real estate practice shaped by history, experience, and continuity.
