Cole Aragon, Rod's son and a fourth-generation real estate professional, brings a fresh, locally engaged perspective to Aragon & Partners. A proud University of Montana graduate with a degree in Organizational Communication, Cole has developed a reputation for putting people first and fostering strong community ties. His background as an Eagle Scout, athlete, and leader of his fraternity's successful relaunch during the COVID-19 pandemic demonstrates his commitment to service and community. Cole's approach to real estate focuses on connecting with clients on a personal level and staying grounded in the local values that define Missoula. Whether it's through door-knocking in neighborhoods or building relationships with community members, Cole strives to build trust and keep clients informed, while offering a seamless and stress-free experience. Courtney Ferguson is the designated broker for Real Broker Montana. She is an experienced REALTOR® and top producer in her market serving buyers and sellers of Western Montana. With a deep commitment to integrity, transparency, and teamwork, Courtney leads with her heart —fostering a culture where agents are empowered, clients are heard, and excellence is the standard.

Courtney is a growth-minded leader dedicated to becoming her best self—and helping others do the same. Marcella Ketelhut is a licensed California real estate broker and land use attorney.  As a consultant for Aragon and Partners, she plays a key role on the client management team and drives strategic marketing initiatives for Montana properties, with a special focus on connecting Aragon and Partners Listings to out-of-state buyers and top-tier brokers.

Marcella’s practice is anchored by four pillars: market knowledge, strategic vision, legal expertise, and design sensibility. With a discerning eye for contractual nuance, zoning intricacies, and architectural potential, she positions properties for maximum value while guiding buyers toward standout opportunities. Her trusted network of architects, designers, and relocation specialists enables her to deliver a level of service that is both comprehensive and unmatched—whether assisting clients with a move across town or across the country.

Meet Leo

Hey there. I’m Leo—the real boss behind Aragon & Partners. While the humans run around pretending they're in charge, I’m the one actually keeping this operation together from behind the scenes.

At 23 years old, I’ve seen it all—market booms, market busts, and at least three new interns who didn’t know how to refill the treat jar (unacceptable).

Door knocking? Yeah, no. Not my thing. Too many dogs out there and frankly, I have standards. But I do handle some of the marketing strategy—mostly from the sunny spot on the office couch—and I make sure everyone stays motivated. My presence alone boosts productivity by 37%. Probably.

When I’m not overseeing everything (or napping), you’ll find me inspecting snack deliveries, attending meetings uninvited, or offering unsolicited but wise business advice with a side-eye and a tail flick.
